Introduction
The Reveni Labs Rangefinder Alignment Collimator (RAC) is used to align rangefinder mirrors in the vertical and horizontal axes to an infinity target. This can only be accomplished with a collimated light source large enough to allow both rangefinder windows to see the target simultaneously.
Assembly
1. Remove items from box and unwrap
24x 400mm rods
4x 240mm rods
Power cord with bulb socket
PAR20 LED bulb (110V ONLY)
Target Ring
Lens Ring
2x Middle Ring
Fabric Cover
Tools Required:
Plastic face hammer or mallet
Work gloves
Extra items for 220V users:
North America to local plug adapter
220V PAR20 50W equivalent LED bulb (DO NOT USE INCANDSCENT)
1. Unwrap the lens ring and place it face down (showing holes around the perimeter) on a flat, soft surface, such as a table covered with a cloth. Avoid touching the lens surface on either side.
2. Insert eight 400mm rods into the holes on the lens ring and gently tap them in place with the mallet.
3. Place a middle ring onto the ends of the rods and gently tap around the ring repeatedly to drive each rod up into place. The sides of the rods are visible, and when fully seated the ends should not be visible through that side opening.

4. Once everything is snug, repeat the process with eight more 400mm rods and the second middle ring. You may need to move the lens ring end to the floor as the collimator becomes taller and taller.
5. Take the target ring and unscrew the target portion from the outer ring portion. Then, attach the outer ring to the collimator assembly using the remaining eight 400mm rods.
6. Take the target section and place it diffuser side up on the table with cloth. Take the four 240mm rods and insert them into the holes around the perimeter.
7. Take the bulb socket and place it atop the four 240mm rods, using the mallet to drive the rods into place.
8. Insert the PAR20 bulb into the socket.

9. Screw the target assembly into the target outer ring to be approximately flush with each other.
10. Unfurl the cover fabric and pull it over the assembled collimator. Cinch the lamp end about the cord, just behind the end of the bulb socket. Cinch the lens end about the perimeter of the lens ring.
