Please read: Update using a Windows PC if possible. Unfortunately, Macs have an issue which sometimes causes the meter to become stuck in update mode but unable to communicate to the computer.

Note: if your firmware is several versions out of date, you can jump straight to the latest version instead of installing each in order of release.
